A Commercial Mortgage Broker is required to join our expanding team...

Due to increased demand for our commercial finance brokerage services, we are currently seeing increased dealflow across all sectors.

We are actively seeking a "Commercial Mortgage Consultant" to join our existing Commercial mortgage team.

The successful applicant will:

i) have had some experience in arranging commercial finance / submission of reports to credit, preferably with a major bank.

ii) be able to self source deals from professional introducers and banks across the East Midlands.

iii) have a full driving licence and own vehicle, and be willing to travel to meet clients.

This role would be ideal for (but not restricted to) ambitious, commercially minded individuals, currently working in the banking or factoring sector.

Remuneration

Any financial package will be linked in part to performance, the more deals you do, the more you will earn.

Detailed remuneration structure will be disclosed at interview.
