Our commercial mortgage consultants have backgrounds in the banking sector and can offer added experience and advice to clients in respect of structuring commercial mortgages.
With access to over 80 commercial mortgage lenders, we are able to match the client's requirements to the most appropriate mortgage lender, and source a wide range of innovative and competitive commercial mortgages, secured against: investment property, factories and offices, warehousing and storage, hotels, pubs and restaurants, care homes and professional practices.
Commercial mortgages can be arranged for any specific purpose, as part of a large funding requirement such as a management buy out or a corporate acquisition or, for example, refinance or re-banking, development finance, short term bridging finance or a buy to let investment.
All commercial mortgage cases are supported by professionally prepared credit applications, thereby significantly enhancing the chances of our clients securing the optimum financial package. Unlike some of our competitors, we do not believe in up front charges. Our fees are only payable when our client has received a formal offer of finance.
We work closely with financial advisors when commercial property is being acquired by a client through a small self administered pension scheme (SSAPS) or a self invested personal pension plan (SIPP).
