Specific funding lines (Hire Purchase or Lease Purchase) arranged against assets. This can be a new acquisition, a refinance or part of a corporate transaction.

Cash Flow Finance

Flexible working capital facilities (factoring, invoice discounting, trade finance) tailored to your business to enable growth to be financed.

The business was set up by David Griffiths, a chartered Accountant who had the vision to recognise that a ‘professional’ brokerage had a place alongside other professional service providers, such as accountants, solicitors, bankers and financial advisors.

In addition to the conventional brokerage products, we are able to look ‘ outside the box’ and have access to many other complimentary funding products:

By having multidisciplinary brokerage skills in house, combined with a Commercial outlook, we are also able to successfully use these financial products and apply their uses to many situations such as MBO’s, acquisitions, distress situations.
