Our Corporate Finance department is run by experienced qualified accountants, who have extensive experience undertaking corporate finance transactions from within national accountancy practices.
We can assist with all aspects of corporate finance, providing businesses with financial projections, business plans and management advice. In respect of virtually any type of corporate finance project, including: business expansion, corporate acquisitions, management buy out / in, corporate restructuring, business sales.
Most of our clients are between £500k to £10m turnover, they can range from small family businesses through to subsidiaries of multinational companies. Funding arranged can therefore vary significantly from £50k for a small refinance through to £15m for a MBO or acquisition.
Our commercial finance brokerage gives us access to a range of innovative and aggressive funders that we can introduce into most corporate transactions.
We know that many companies are either with the wrong lender, or the funding package provided is not flexible enough to meet their requirements.
In such cases we work with the client and the funder to refinance some or all of the business. This allows a controlled and stress free refinance. For troubled businesses, we work closely with insolvency practitioners to source finance for a business from within a formal arrangement.
We can also assist with arranging finance for most phoenix businesses.
We are often retained by clients to identify and approach possible acquisition targets. We then assist with arranging suitable finance to effect the acquisition. In respect of Management Buy Outs, we provide proactive lead advisory services to the proposed management team throughout the transaction.
In such cases our role becomes pivotal. We deal with the vendor, the funders, the solicitors and other professionals on behalf of the MBO team, from inception through to legal completion.
